I began coming to Centers for Integrative Medicine and Healing in the fall of 2013. My area of concern was that I was not sleeping well. My PCP recommended taking medicine, which I didn’t want to have to rely on for the rest of my life!! I thought there must be another way.
After seeing Dr. Tad Sztykowski, Dr. David Zeoli, and Dr. Justin Deichman, I am happy to say I sleep soundly each night. In addition to my sleep patterns being consistent, I also suffered from monthly migraines, which have now subsided, as well as having a higher energy level that I seem to maintain throughout the day. I am able to work without fatigue, take care of my home and family with more energy and a more even temper. I am thankful for the treatment I have received from Centers for Integrative Medicine and Healing.

Insomnia, Headaches, Lower Back Pain, Leg Pains
Three months before coming I could not sleep or stand for long periods of time. I also could not walk long distances. My pain affected my job performance because I could not lift anything over 50 pounds. I was also unable to climb or sit for long periods of time. I was on 4 different types of medications that caused me to have little or no energy and interfere with my sleep.
Dr. Tad’s special medicine has helped my headaches, lower back pain and leg pain. I can now fall asleep at night without taking any pain medication. Dr. Tad’s needles have really helped me! I now take Bromelgin and Liquidambar herbs.
I’m convinced I am better because of Chinese Medicine!
